South Shore Neurologic Associates, P.C. is a comprehensive Neurologic care facility which is dedicated to diminishing suffering from neurological illness, neurological injury and chronic pain through excellence in patient care, advocacy, service, education and research. We have been providing neurologic care for people living in Suffolk County, Long Island's south shore, since 1980. We provide over fifty thousand office and hospital visits each year at our four offices and four area hospitals.

Our offices are located in Bay Shore, Patchogue, Riverhead and Southampton. The hospitals we serve are Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in Patchogue, Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead and Southampton Hospital in Southampton.
Nursing and Case Management
Nursing and Case Management work collaboratively to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate all health care services necessary to provide high-quality and cost-effective treatment for our patients. Our Nursing Service provides in-office intravenous infusion of immunoglobulin, steroids and chemotherapeutic agents, as well as intramuscular injections, in a comfortable, state-of-the-art infusion suite. Our Registered Nurses play a vital role in the delivery of health care to our patients through the coordination of patient education, home care and social services. Through the role of advocate, the Case Manager assists our patients with the complexities of the health care system, helping patients derive maximum benefits from their individualized plan of care.
