Brookhaven MRI

BROOKHAVEN MRI is our magnetic resonance imaging laboratory, customized to enhance our diagnostic capabilities and better serve the needs of our patients and their referring doctors. Brookhaven MRI is dedicated to patient comfort. Our open MRI, the Hitachi Airis II, has a panoramic open design which eases patient anxiety and comfortably accommodates claustrophobic and large sized patients. A Neuroradiologist is on site to supervise and interpret the imaging studies. Brookhaven MRI distinguished itself by being the first MRI facility on Long Island to be awarded accreditation by the American College of Radiology for its excellence in magnetic resonance imaging studies.
