NURSING
and CASE MANAGEMENT work collaboratively to plan, coordinate, implement
and evaluate all health care services neces-sary to provide high-quality
and cost-effective treatment for our patients. Our Nursing Service provides
in-office intravenous infusion of immunoglobu-lin, steroids and chemotherapeutic
agents as well as intramuscular injections in a comfortable state-of-the-
art infusion suite. Our Registered Nurses play a vital role in the delivery
of health care to our patients through the coordination of patient education,
home care and social services. Through the role of advocate, the Case
Manager assists our patients with the complex-ities of the health care
system, helping patients derive maximum benefits from their individualized
plan of care.
