Long Island Expressway or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway south. Sagtikos Parkway south to Southern State Parkway east (Fifth Avenue - Bay Shore south). Take Fifth Avenue south approximately 2 miles, pass over Sunrise Highway (27) and railroad tracks until Main Street (Montauk Highway - 27A). Turn left onto Main Street, drive approximately 1 mile through the town of Bay Shore. Look for Southside Hospital on the lef tside.Turn right onto Mowbray Avenue, and take first left into driveway for South Shore Neurologic Associates. The Bay Shore office building is located directly across the street from Southside Hospital and next to Long Island Savings Bank. The parking is in the rear, which is accessed from the driveway off Mowbray Avenue.

From Southern State Parkway Drive Southern State Parkway to Robert Moses Causeway south. Take the causeway to Route 27A (Montauk Highway) - going east. Drive 27A east approximately 3.5 miles through the town of Bay Shore. Turn right onto Mowbray Avenue (Florist on corner), and the first left into driveway which leads to the parking lot in the rear of the building.

From Sunrise Highway Drive Sunnrise Highway (27) to Brentwood Road exit south. Drive sough on Brentwood Road to Montauk Highway (27A). Turn right (west) onto Montauk Highway and drive approximately 1/2 mile (Southside Hospital will be directly on right or north side of street) to Mowbray Avenue. Take first left into driveway for South Shore Neurologic Associates. Parking and entrance is in rear of office building.
